Eligibility: Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Entry Period: Entries open [16.09.26] and close [23.09.26] AEST. Entries received outside this period are invalid.
How to Enter: Follow @urbanemess on Instagram, like the competition post, tag a friend you would run with, and comment which race you would like to enter and why. Each valid comment and tag constitutes one entry. Participants may submit multiple entries, with each additional valid comment and tag counting as an additional entry. Comments and tags must be relevant to the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to select the winner based on creativity.
Winner: Four (4) winners will be selected by the Promoter based on the creativity and relevance of their entry on 23 September 2026. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Prize: Four (4) winners will each receive two (2) race entries, which may be used across the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Full Marathon at the Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival 2026. The prize does not include transportation or accommodation to or from the event. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Notification & Claim: Winners will be contacted via Instagram by comment and/or direct message. If a prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize or forfeit it.
Privacy: Entrant details will be collected and used only for the purpose of administering this promotion and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrant details will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.
General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion where necessary. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
